I have worked on major IT transformation projects as a business subject matter expert. This involved being an interface between business users and technical people to ensure that what the users require is understood by the technicians and limitations are understood by the users.

I have built on these experiences by learning the software development process and have successfully designed, developed, and implemented light weight applications using SQL and Microsoft Office products.
